From our new US-based service facility we will be able to assist our North American customers better and more cost-effective. In cooperation with msquared and experienced US industry professionals we founded JAEGER Inc. with its main office in Vancouver WA. We are proud to introduce this new member of the JAEGER Group.
For the first couple of years the primary goal of JAEGER Inc. is offering especially the tissue manufacturers on the North American market an all-inclusive service package for Yankee cylinders. And that, with state-of-the-art equipment, unsurpassed experience and combined knowledge of all of JAEGER and msquared.
Our service package includes:
Audits
Cylinder analysis and measurements (OTR-TNG measurements, Infrared IRSense analysis, vibration measurements etc.).
Grinding
Profile and polish grinding as well as TiMax®grinding.
Coating
Thermal surface coating with hard alloys to improve doctor ability and to significantly increase corrosion and wear resistance.
Components
Maintenance and optimization of existing condensate and doctor systems and design, engineering and manufacturing of complete new systems, including installation and start-up. We also offer technical support for drives, bearings, fastener systems etc.
